Insurances/ Payment:

I am contracted with Magellan, Cigna and Optum/ United Health Care.  

I am not contracted with any other insurances at this time but am able to provide therapy services at my private pay rate of $130 (for a 50-minute session).  I will provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.  

If you have questions about your mental health coverage, I recommend that you contact your insurance provider to inquire about the number of approved visits, co-pays and possible reimbursement for an out-of-network provider.
